Accessibility
The Ford Group wants people with disabilities to be able to use this public website, search homes, read content, and submit requests.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
Our goal is to provide website content and forms that are usable with assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, readable text, sufficient contrast, clear labels, and plain instructions.
We use current accessibility guidance, including WCAG concepts, as a practical benchmark for public website improvements.
We review public pages for common barriers such as missing text alternatives, unclear form labels, keyboard navigation issues, low contrast, confusing link text, layout problems on mobile devices, and content that is difficult to understand.
Some listing photos, embedded provider content, maps, documents, or third-party services may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We still want to know when they prevent access so we can help with an alternate path.
If you need help using this website, submit an accessibility request through the contact form. Include the page URL, the feature or content you were trying to access, your preferred contact method, and a short description of the barrier.
We will review the request and provide a practical alternative where possible, such as answering a listing question directly, helping submit a form, or providing information in another format.
